Graham is an economics graduate with over 25 years' sales, management and training and development experience and specialises in developing an understanding of the behavioural psychology employed in the sales, negotiation and management environments.
He has headed a publicly quoted training company whilst successfully consulting and delivering training for a number of household name and blue chip companies in Europe, USA, South America, Canada, Africa, The Caribbean, India, The Near and Far East and Australia. Graham was also Head of Training and Development for the Life Division of Commercial Union (now Aviva), spending ten years researching, designing and delivering numerous sales, technical and managerial programmes in addition to building and developing a sizeable team of training professionals.
Over the last several years, Graham has created and delivered a notable variety of sales, negotiation, customer service and management seminars and events to trade organisations, multinational companies, business associations and leading Irish universities.
Of especial note has been his hugely successful impact on significantly transforming the sales culture and business focus of major European and American companies. Additionally, he has a thoroughly deserved reputation and proven track record of enabling salespeople and sales teams to perform at levels in excess of their own expectations and produce outstanding results.
